Kindly Resolve the following Q.
I have received a bill dated 06-03-2014 in September 2014. Can I booked it as today (16-09-2014) and Deduct TDS on it ?? if yes please give proper reference of act.

depends on whether you follow cash basis or accrual basis accounting.

on accrual basis you should have booked the expense in March itself...
