if a PAN no having its 4th number is "P",it means PAN belongs to an Individual, suppose this individual using his PAN for his business (testing center), what will be the tds % is it 1% or 2%?

wat is the business ? wat is transaction and whther he was liable to tax audit in previous year 2013 -14.

having technical testing centre, he was liable last year not sure, he will conduct technical interview on behalf of us, will charge, so we have an verbal contract with him.
he is running a firm in the name of weld care , using his personnel PAN.

they are charging like below,
Rs.5000 for interview cost and
Rs.15000 for technical testing cost, here Rs.15000 will attact 10% tds undr 94J, and Rs.5000 tds need to deduct under 94C, so my question is that, is tds is 1% or 2% (his personnel PAN using for his firm's business), i thing now u get my query well.
