27 June 2017 Sir,
IF invocie issued by professional by charging GST in that, at the time of payment whether we have to deduct TDS on Base amount or on total Invoice amount.?
Please guide ..

27 June 2017 i think TDS you are talking about is that of income tax right?
distinction is made with respect to "payment to" (sec 194C, etc) ....deduct on gross value
versus "income"(section 194H etc)....deduct on net value
