Dear sir
we have received advertising bill for rs.21000/ on dated 14.09.12 & other bill received for rs.21000/- on dated 21000/-.
we have deducted TDS or not.

TDS is applicable when one bill or payment exceeds rs 30000/- or total bill or payment exceeds 75000/- for the year.
