Tds deducted mistakenly for abc party

02 May 2015 Dear Sir,
Please suggest I deducted TDS of ABC Party but party said that TDS deduction not applicable and also Party said that they not claim Deducted TDS. So please suggest me because I think they claim TDS when they filling Return, Is I am right or not with any circular which I gave them..

02 May 2015 there is no circular regarding this dear... If you had deducted tds, request party to claim it back... or u can revise ur return and claim the excess as refund
