Dear All Experts,
Please confirm/Clear me that the TDS should be deducted @ 1% on transaction immovable property (more than 50lacs)under section 194IA, even if assets sale previously.

Transactions after 1.6.2013 will attract TDS U/s.194IA

I know, that but now i want to know,if transaction already made for such and if part of payment yet to be not paid then it would be tax deductable also on previous amount paid.
