SIR,
I WANT TO KNOW , HOW DO WE GET TRANSPORTER DECLARATION FORM FOR PERSONS HAVING LESS THAN 10 CARRIAGES U/S 194C(6) FOR THE UPCOMING FINANCIAL YEAR 01/04/2016 TO 31/03/2017, AS DECLARATION FROM TRUCK DRIVERS HAS TO BE TAKEN FOR THE NEW FINANCIAL YEAR, BUT THEY WILL PROBABLY HAND OVER THE OLD DECLARATION , SO PLEASE GUIDE, AS THE SAME DECLARATION CAN NOT BE USED, AND I CAN NOT FIND THE FORMAT ANYWHERE, DRIVER IS NOT ALLOWING TO DEDUCTS TDS OF THE FREIGHT PAID TO HIM

Form is to be taken from the owner of trucks not from the driver. Declaration to be obtained in each financial year. Search the web you could find sample forms.
