Tds challan mismatch

Dear Sirs,
Kindly help me I have filled my tds return for Q-1 2013-14 on dated 12-07-13, but now i received notice for short payment but i have deposited all tds in bank . while go through justification report two challan show mismatch but i have filled same date, same amount & same challan no as provide by bank.
kindly guide me how to correct this error.

Please check again. Also check with the details of challan available at TIN-NSDL site. If no error found then write a reply letter along with the copy of the challan.

Thanks sanjay ji, I have checked challan at TIN- NSDL site same status is unclaimed.

Please check if the same challan details has been filled up in TDS return which is showing in TIN-NSDL site. If the correct details is provided in TDS return then it should not be showing unclaimed.

I have proper checked we have filled correct detail as provided by bank. Reason for mismatch not cleared. now how can i rectify this error.

If you have filed correct details in your return then write a reply letter stating the facts and then wait. Nothing much you can do.
