17 May 2011 I have a fixed deposit with the bank and also I gave loan to some people.

When I received Interest, they deducted TDS.

Someone told me that I could check whether they have deposited TDS or not and also i could obtain TDS Certificates online.

Is it possible ?

17 May 2011 You can check the amount but can not obtain TDS certificate online. To check the amount deposited by the deductor you need to login with your PAN (provided PAN is registered or else you have to register).

After loging in view 26AS.
