Dear Experts,
We have filed last 3 qtrs tds return on or before respective due dates, but we have not yet issued tds certificate for f.y.10-11. we will issue it as soon as 4th qtr tds return get filed.
Will it ok?
suppose, we would have issued 1st qtr tds certificate on quarterly basis, and due to some reason 1st qurt tds needs to be revised then in this case what can be done?

You are late in issuing certificates. Certificates in Form 16A should be issued quarterly within 15 days of submission of return. It is better that you issue them now.
If the TDS return is revised and the issued certificate is effected then you have to issue a revised certificate mentioning this fact.
