Dear Sir,
If we download form 16 from website than aneexure B Not comming
than what to do we can issue physical form

It is mandatory to issue only Form 16A from NSDL website.
Form 16 can be issued manually also.
It is better to issue Form 16 manually since the one downloaded form NSDL does not contain details of salary and deductions.
