We (Company)are paying rent to the builiding owned by 4 people. We paid full rent to one of the four co-owners and we have authorisation letter for the same.
Now my doubt whether we have to issue TDS certificate for all the four persons for their share or to the person to whom the rent was given.

if tds has been deposited with the pan no of all the four co owners than issue the tds certificate to all co owners.
but if if tds has been deposited with the pan no of one of the four co owners than issue the tds certificate to only that person.
