Dear Sir/Madam,
If Company has not filed not filed its all TDS Return of all the qtr. with in due time but has filed for all the qtr retun on 6th july,2010, then in such case:-
1.how the company can issue TDS certificate.
2.what date will be mentioned on TDS certificate
3.Is it necessary to mention the Ack no. on the TDS certificate.
4. Can TDS certificate be issued on back date

Mention Return not yet filed in the space available for furnishing TDS return. But as per Provisions of Act Ack no should be mentioned for atleast 3 qtrs.

You can mention in the TDS acknowledgement no. NOT AVBL. AS THE QRTLY. STMT. IS YET TO BE FURNISHED.
And yes TDS certificate can be issued back dated.
