20 October 2009 Check whether all heads liable to TDS are covered next verify the computation and accounting of TDS in the entity's books Next chack the remittance to Govt Reconcile TDS accounts periodically Also check wether TDS returns are filed as per law. Pl remember that u r part of the internal check.
