I am buying 2 (Urban Agricultural land )different Survey/ Block nos.,each of 30 Lakhs value ,totalling 60 Lakhs purchase price from the same person. Am I required to deduct 1 TDS?

TDS applicable if single registered deed is executed.

If the two transactions are covered in a single deed, TDS provisions attracts.
