Requesting you kindly confirm TDS and WCT will be applicable for the invoice which is pertaining fully labor charges(unregistered vendor).
And if TDS and WCT is applicable then please confirm us the % to be deducted.
And if TDS and WCT is applicable then please confirm us the % to be deducted.

NO WCT or TDS under MVAT is applicable for the invoices which is purely for labor work, where in no property in any goods is transfer to contractee
