tds calculate exclusive of servicetax except 194J . I m right or nt? Thanks sir

its just opposite, tds is to be deducted inclusive of service tax from all
in rentals TDS deducted is exclusive of service tax.

Except TDS on rent u/s 194I, you need to deduct TDS on amount including service tax
