hi experts, we are a Pvt LTD co. with 3 directors we want to give salary to one of the director , as employer - employee does he can be paid with HRA,pf ,ca and etc. TDS same as salaried person or any changes. if we pay salary to one of the director does it attract service tax on what we pay.
if we can't pay salary , is their another mode of payment as professional fees how much the TDS to be deducted.
