A INDIVIDUALS HAVE INCOME FROM POST OFFICE AS COMMISSION INCOME (HE IS AGENT). HE WANT TO SUMMIT HIS INCOME TAX RETURN TO TAKE TDS REFUND,PLEASE TELL ME HE CAN SO HIS COOMMISSION INCOME IN THE HEAD OF "INCOME FROM OTHER SOURCES" AND CAN HE SUMMIT RETURN IN ITR 1.

It is not clear which FY you are talking about. 2010-2011 or 2011-2012.
If you are talking about FY 2011-12, then wait for a few days because the due date for filing TDS return for the last quarter is 15th May. The TDS in Form 26AS is updated only after the TDS return is filed.
