23 March 2012 I have a query relating to TDS. Through a single challan, TDS for 2 quarters has been paid.In the quarterly return of 1 Qtr. that challan has been matched but in quarterly return of other quarter it is showing challan matching pending. There is no mistakes in filling the challan details. So whether the credit will be given to the party and if no then what steps is to be taken to resolve the error??

23 March 2012 Should the amount of tds be correctly allocated to the respective deductee account in that quater, there is no need to worry abt the credit
