IF COMPANY ISSUED TDS CERTIFICATES TO THE INDIVIDUALS, COMPANIES OR VENDORS AFTER THE DUE DATE OF FILLING OF RETURNS CAN THEY CLAIM TAX REFUND.

YES, THEY CLAIM THE REFUND, IF RETURN IS ALREADY SUBMITTED ON OR BEFORE THE DUE DATE THEN FILE THE REVISED RETURN,
And if return is not filled still then file the belated return.
