Company Deduct the TDS for all Quarter (FY 2010-2011) but deposited TDS before the due date of filling the return
whether such TDS is Disallowed in the hand of company or not
Please clearify it

if you have deposited tds on or before the filling of the income tax return then expenses on which tds has been deducted shall not be disallowed
