23 July 2011 how to caculate tds on gross bill amount including vat ? & gross bill amount including service tax ?

23 July 2011 Regarding service tax- TDS need to be deducted inclusive of service tax as per Board Letter:F.No.275/73/2007-IT(B) DT:30.6.2008

But incase of TDS on rent need to be deducted exclusive of service tax (Rent paid to Individual)

While applying VAT the TDS may not apply. but incase of charge VAT also. need to be deducted inclusive VAT only. because TDS applicable on any sum credited or paid. so TDS inclusive of VAT/service tax only
