DEAR SIR,
WHEN I GIVE THE AMOUNT TO THIRD PARTY AS A LOAN . SHALL I DEDUCT TDS ?. IF DEDUCT WHAT IS RATE OF TDS & LIMIT. HOW GET EXCELLENT COMMAND ON TDS .

If you give loan to any party you will receive the interest on Loan and that party will deduct TDS from you on payment of interest u/s 194A subject to applicability and threshold limits.
