Can i deduct tds on this amount,if deduct please suggest which secion its related and what is TDS rate.

07 May 2011 On the basis of our information, you need to deduct TDS under section 194J i.e. Fees for Professional or Technical Services. The rate of tax is 10% in case PAN is available and 20% it the payee doesnot have a PAN.
