Sir,
We are in retail business, we have given order for supply of Sherwani Covers with our logo to one vendor, we did not given any material, he is given bill for Rs. 52,000/- include CST, should we deduct TDS on Contract or not.
Please give me replay

IF ITS CONTRACT THEN DEDUCT TDS

No TDS is required to be deducted as it is a contract for supply of materials even if it is made to order.

No TDS required if no material is supplied by your company for printing your logo. Refer section 194C(3).
