23 February 2011 As per leave & licence agreement the licensee agrees to pay the licensor a license fees Rs. 1,00,000/- per month pluse service tax thereon, plus out going charges Rs. 30,000/- per month, for premises taken on Rent.

PLease let me know whether TDS is applicable on out going charges?

23 February 2011 still details required, it seems whether brokerage if paid to 3rd party or part of rent if paid to premises owner, based on that sec 194H or Sec.194I may apply
