iam working in Spices co. Manager purchase a tally software from tata consultancy ltd. for RS 165000.00 monthly payment every time Whther i deducted TDS or not.

If off the self software, no TDS. If Software made as per your requirement then TDS to be deducted u/s 194J @10%.
