Hi Guyz,
Can TDS Credit of A.Y.08-09 can be availed now while filing return,
if assessee had not filed return from A.Y.08-09 ,can he take credit of TDS deducted of that years??

No he can not claim. Credit for TDS is available only in the return is filed for the previous year in which the TDS was deducted.
