Hello Sir/ Madam
I need a help.
One of our client doing business of courrier. His recept around 1.35crore. He take parssel fro compenys & other Small Collectore, Whom he made Payment after that. & give those to DTDC courrier services. He has Frenchies of DTDC. My Question is is he is liable to deduct TDS fro those small collectore who give them parresol & generate bill on my client???
Please help as soon as possible.

yes, he is liable to TDS if he raise own bill to clients

Should he need to deduct TDS on small collectore? He dnt have TAN No. If He is Lible to deduct TDS then he need to take TAn No?????? Please clarify

TDS need to deduct after considering the threshold limit of the applicable section, When TDS need to deduct TAN should be taken

No separate exemption for Courier service, if Assessee is having Income less than the Taxable limit, they can apply separate exemption through form.13
