can any one tell me
can we claim tds pertaining to AY 09-10 in the assessment year 01-11.
I have TDS certificates of for AY 09-10 which i have not climed in my return of inocme last year.
should i revice my R.O.I of last year for not claiming the TDS.

Even if you have not claimed the TDS in AY 09-10 you will get the credit in same year as per your 26AS. So no need to claim in AY 10-11. If you have filed your return u/s 1394(1) then you should revise your return u/s 139(5).
