if one salaried employee who earns salary 30000 per month.He wants to deduct tax in last two months of the year.is it possible.if not the from when tax is to be deducted

No. Not possible.

As per sec.192, TDS on salary need to be calculated on yearly basis and deducted monthly installment, it is responsible of the employer, so monthly deduction only possible
