in a new government college only 8 employees are there and no one has deducted tax for the quarter ended 30.06.2010.whether it is necessary to file tds return.If yes what details to be incorporated inh the return.

Not required to file TDS return as no TDS deducted. Only file NIL return in last quarter even if no TDS deducted.

yes. Nil Salary tds return not necessary except the Q4. but you want to file Nil Return you can file the same
