If a company have TDS for A.Y 09-10 in balance sheet Rs,10,000.then what will be treatment made in books of account for this TDS amount in Next A Y Year?

If it is TDS receivable the same adusted with the tax payable , still excess after adjustment, need to transfer to refund receivable a/c
If the TDS payable need to pay with the due date
If the TDS payable need to pay with the due date
