Dear Sir,
We have deducted tds on transporters having pan no for the financial year 2009-10.Whether no credit will be allowed to the transporters on the basis of tds certificates.

If TDS deducted and deposited against their PAN and return is filed they will get credit of TDS.

Agree with Mr. Sanjay. TDS claim is admitted on the basis of actual deposit and by applicability.
