18 June 2010 While filing E-tds return on salaries is it necessary there should not be any tax dues in employee returns.

18 June 2010 No. not like that Salary information of employees can be payable also, why because if the employee declares other income and there also TDS deducted reported the same TDS details cannot be incorporated in your return so payable also posssible in the salary sheet of 24Q4

21 June 2010 There is no provision like Salary sheet should not have payable. even payable there is no problem
