18 May 2010 i need Suggestion for filling e tds return details are as under :

billdate type of bill amount Tds payment
12-04-09 Commission 15000 Nil 15000
22-09-09 Commission 25000 Nil 25000
17-02-10 Commission 12000 Nil 12000
31-03-10 Commission 13000 6620 6380

return & tds Deposit for all quarters are still pending and we paid TDS on 12-05-2010
so can i file all details in one return Q-4 or i need to file all return seprately quaterwise ?

18 May 2010 you can show in one return in Q4 ,Not required to file different qtrs since the TDS deducted and paid in Q4 only
