If a single invoice is issued for multiple item for which for some item TDS was required to be deducted and for others no TDS was required to be deducted (if invoices were issued separately) whether on such invoices TDS is required to be deducted or not if amount of each item is disclosed seperately?

U make the experts confuse with ur language. As far as I understand, u must ask the vendor to raise separate invoice for separate services (or purchases), and then deduct TDS on respective items accordingly. This will b more easy and comfortable for u. But, there are invoices like servicing invoice of say car, in which labour charges and parts used for cars repairing are separately mentioned, in that case u must deduct TDS on labour charges(if applicable), coz they will not issue separate invoices for those works. So, if possible ask for separate invoices.
