Hi All
Q1. i hv received an intimation u/s 200A (234E for 37000/-+ 20680 for F.Y. 2013-14 Q3),154 for short deduction & Interest thereon for F.Y. 12-13 on 30.1.2014. Till now i hv not paid anything.CA has advised to wait for 2 months. should i pay the dues or wait & for how many months/years should i wait????

Please wait for few days/months as judgement pending in various court.
As former financial minister opposed the system of levying penalty on day basis .
Advice able to wait for still more days.
