suppose one person paid tax in advance
he may get refund or exemption,suppose he gets refund under the supervision of one auditor,after he geting this refund.
he showed duplicate tds challen again to get refund is it possible?

In the current tds returns process it is not possible. Yes, in earlier traditional process it was possible.
Now, when you tds return electronically. The same tds got claim in the income tax return, it has been verified by the ITO. All necessary electronic entries will is passed in the income tax system.
SO BOSS IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO TAKE THE REFUND FOR THE SAME TDS CERTIFICATE.
Don't try this also.
