tds is deducted to me
but i havn't rcvd form 16 nor it is reflected in 26as online
but now hw to file my i.t deducting my tds amt or not
pl guide me experts its urgent

If the amount of deduction is being reflected in 26AS, go ahead and file your return. If not reflected even then file return claiming the TDS actually deducted from you and request the employer to file TDS return and issue form 16 to you.
