21 August 2015 if a company use the ground and stage of government for some event. for rent payment do we have to deduct the TDS, if yes then in which section?

plz reply.

21 August 2015 As per section 194-I, TDS is to be deducted at rate of 10 percent if amount exceeds Rs. 1,80,000.
