I am a trading concern and taking logistics services in which I require to deduct TDS U/S 194C. If Date of Invoice is 06/04/15 and Date of Payment is 05/06/15 so what should be the date of deduction of TDS?

It is date of payment or liability creation date whichever is earlier. Invoice date is not relevant for TDS.

from dt. 1.6.2015 you have to deduct the tds on freight
11 June 2015
The date of invoice is on 06-04-2015 if you create any liability on 30-04-2015 for the invoice in the books of accounts, it will be the liability creation date.
