Dear expert.
two person. one is working in company as a part time senior accountant paying him 6000 PM.
and other one who is chemical engineer who is also working as a part time engineer. paying him 9000 PM.
my query is. for deducting tds. will both of them cover U/S 192 or 194j

If they are on the rolls of the company and PF and P.Tax are being deducted from them then Section 192 will apply otherwise Section 194J will be applicable.
