Dear expert.
other than salary. Like rent. professional fee, contract, interest, commission,
will i have to add education cess.and HSEC. in tds amount.

no at present its not required to deduct pls ref. to financial bill for that.

Cess applicable only on TDS on Salary u/s 192. No Cess applicable on TDS u/s 194I, 194J, 194H, 194C or 194A.
