20 May 2014 whether TDS will be deducted on purchase of UPS and CCTV Cameras bills, in which fitting charges and labour charges also mentioned separately. if yes at what rate TDS will be deducted.

20 May 2014 tds is not deducible in this case because even if you say that labour charges are covered under 194c, the amount being paid is less than the threshold limit for tds deduction.
