I have deducted TDs @ 2% on contract payment to individual so in that case what is the consequence s...please tell me someone immediately

if you have only deducted but not deposited the same with govt, kindly refund the excess tds to the deductee.
in case you have already deposited the tds with govt, kindly file Form 26B for refunds from govt and separately refund excess tds to the deductee
