25 April 2016 Query 1: Should we need to submit 15G/H manually at TDS Commissioner of Income Tax ?

Query2: If we filed TDS Deducted persons with 15G/H at reasons for deduction also filed is there need to manual forms also submit at TDS commissioner of income TAx??

Query 3: Is it mandatory to "NIL DECLARATION" for non filing 26Q/24Q???

25 April 2016 01. Deductor needs to submit the 15G and 15H forms to CIT. If you are deductee i.e. person who has kept the deposit, then he has to submit the for to deductor.

03. nil return of TDS need not be filed.

26 April 2016 Query 2: if we are filed TDS Returns for 5 memebers out of that 2 Members are 15G/H. so is that required to submit form 15G/H at CIT???

26 April 2016 See, when you say that you have filed TDS return for 5 members,,,,does that mean you have deducted tax of these 5 members?
And if that be the case, you need not have to have 15G or 15H of these members.
