sir I m facing problem regarding demand raised by tdscpc u/s 200A for the f.y 2010-11 at that tine there was tin-nsdl now from 1 nov 2012 tdscpc applicable I have alredy paid late paymet interest as per tin nsdl due to data transfer from tin nsdl to tdscpc one month additional interest has been arise as compare to tin nsdl then what we have to do whether I liabe to pay as per tin nsdl or tdscpc kindly suggest me best solution.

as per TDSCPC. However, if you feel that the computation done by CPC is wrong, you have the right to dispute it.
