Pls any one tell me why now also justification report of F Y 2012-13 and form type 24Q is not able to download.It is written on traces that it is enabled now.so what to do????

I have deducted TDS on 31/03/2013 and iam Paying TDS on 29/09/2013. i want to know for what no of Month interest shall be calculated for this

Interest for 7 months @1.5% per month to be payable.

Pls tell me the calculation of Interest or how it comes to 7 months...why 7 months.

count from march-sep =7 months and pay int accordingly.
